What Data do we collect and process?

At Dominant Polarity we don’t directly process much of your data ourselves, but third parties do:

  1. By visiting this website, our hosting company will collect your data for our website analytics.

  2. By subscribing to our email list, our email subscription service will collect your data so that we can contact you via email.

  3. By purchasing any of our products or coaching, our payment processor will collect your data so that you can be onboarded as a customer.

  4. The only data of yours we will process and collect directly will be a result of you emailing us about an enquiry straight to our email address.

What is the purpose of this data collection and processing?

The third party companies that process data on our behalf do so as it is a function of their business.

Your data is only collected for one of the following reasons:

  1. You consented to it

  2. Your data needs processed in order to become a customer

  3. It is legally required that your data is collected

  4. It is a legitimate function of our business

What kind of data do we collect?

  1. Your name (When you subscribe to our email list or become a customer)

  2. Your email address (When you subscribe to our email list or become a customer)

  3. You payment details (When you become a customer)

  4. Your IP address, browser type, operating system, time of visit, web pages of ours visited (Collected by our web host)

  5. Your link clicks on our website and in our emails (collected by our web host and email provider)

How is your data shared?

We don’t sell any of your personal data . We share it with third party companies as mentioned above and government bodies (such as tax offices when obliged to do so)

How Long do we store your data for?

  1. Any enquiry emails will be kept for as long as we need to in order to properly respond to and complete the enquiry.

  2. Any purchase data will be kept available to us through our third party payment processor for as long as it is needed for tax purposes.

  3. Any email list subscription data will be kept indefinitely or until a request is made to have the data erased.

  4. Any analytics data stored by our third party web host or email provider will be kept for as long as they legally/legitimately require it.
